Rates

●  In-Home Basic Maintenance Service and Diagnostic Service Calls – $129.00 (Inspection, diagnostic and repair of any issues where no parts are needed. Most calls take less than 1 hour. Add $40.00 per hour for any service calls lasting over an hour, broken down into quarter-hour increments).

DISCLAIMER: Often a diagnostic service call for an issue requires that a part or parts be ordered, typically by the customer. This would require a second service call for installation (see installation fees below). Because of the large number of brands and models produced I am not able to stock parts for your specific treadmill.

●  In-Home Annual Maintenance Calls – $129.00.  (Annual Maintenance includes inspection, belt and deck lubrication, belt adjustment, speed and incline calibration where possible, tightening, adjustments, under the hood cleaning where needed, and an amp draw test. NOTE: Some areas of extreme Southern Maine such as York, Kittery, and Eliot are subject to an $8 additional fee for round trip toll charges).

●  Most Treadmill Repair and Parts Installation – $149.00  (Includes installation of a motor, or a console, or a motor control board, or a drive motor, etc.).

●  Deck and/or Treadbelt Installation – $169.00 (Includes labor for replacement of either or both).

●  Equipment Assembly – $169.00  (New Treadmill, Elliptical, or Bike Assembly – Add $20.00 for packing material disposal).

●  Disassembly for Movers, or Reassembly after Move – $129.00 for each visit. Or $169.00 if disassembled and reassembled in the same visit.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment times are approximate.  Typically I begin my day with my first in-home appointment at 9:00 a.m. for which I am typically a few minutes early.

Based on what services that I am performing, as well as travel time to the next appointment, I try to allow more than enough time between appointments.  This results in my typically being early to my next service call, which I prefer to being late.  Because of this sometimes I can be as much as an hour or more early to appointments as my work day progresses.

I always try to communicate if I’m going to be an hour or more early. I also will always reach out if I’m going to be more than 10-15 minutes late,. Being late is rare for me, but sometimes it can happen if I run into issues..

Most service calls are completed in less than an hour, but they can vary. Basic maintenance or diagnostic service calls can be completed in 30 minutes. New equipment assembly can typically take 2 hours. Treadbelt and/or deck replacement can take 1-2 hours. Please be sure to be allow enough time.
