I serviced this NordicTrack EXP 1000S Treadmill in Auburn, Maine.  The main issue is the right rear roller bolt was installed without its washer so that the head of the bolt pulled through the plastic end cap, which would not allow the right side of the roller to stay in its proper position.  This was fixed, along with cleaning and adjusting the treadmill and a belt and deck lubrication.
