February 6, 2015I replaced the running deck on this NordicTrack Commercial 1500 Treadmill in Westbrook Maine.
The deck was replace under warranty. The deck was broken in half. According to the customer one of the primary users is a 6’8″ man weighing well over 300 pounds.
After replacing the deck and reassembling, I lubricated and adjusted the running belt.
This is a pretty nice unit overall and one of the better NordicTrack treadmills that I have serviced. One of my favorite things was the 3.80 HP continuous duty drive motor.
This is a very difficult machine to replace the belt and/or deck on.
