I drove up to Bethel, Maine today to replace a front roller on a ProForm Power 995.

We saved the expense of a diagnostic trip because they sent me a short video so I could see and hear that the front roller bearings were gone.

I sent a PayPal invoice and when the roller came in all I needed to do was schedule the installation and take the drive the Bethel which I did this morning.

A successful repair and a happy customer!
