We knew before I went that at the very least this Smooth 5.0P Treadmill needed to have the walking belt replaced, so we ordered it before I made the initial call.  Unfortunately, as sometimes happens the treadmill also needed a new walking deck as well.

This customer opted to go ahead and install the belt and lube it and try to get it to last with the worn deck at least another year or so and they would replace this 13 -year old treadmill.
