I replaced the running belt and the front roller on this Vision Fitness T9600 HRT Deluxe Treadmill in Scarborough Maine.

I really like this machine because of the heavy duty quality.  It has a 3HP drive motor and a lot of metal where most other treadmills use plastic.

You can tell this treadmill gets a lot of use. I replaced the rear roller two years ago, yet it is already showing a lot of wear as well as some rust where the edge of the running belt meets the exposed roller due to perspiration.

The deck should have been replaced at this time as well.  You can see some deep grooves worn into the deck.
